How to apply

To take part in the Offer, email collab@fanovie.com. This is the application route for both the 3-month and the extended 6-month offer.

• Get the 3 months: email collab@fanovie.com with your creator details to apply. If approved, your 0% platform fee runs for your first 3 months.
• Get approved for 6 months: let us know you'll post a shoutout when you email. Approved promoters who post an approved shoutout have the period extended to 6 months (see Section 6).

Applying does not guarantee acceptance. The Offer is limited to the first 100 eligible creators and all participation is at Fanovie's discretion (see Sections 2 and 8).

1 The Offer

Fanovie Ltd ("Fanovie", "we", "us") is offering eligible new creators a waiver of Fanovie's platform commission for the first 3 months of their creator account (the "Offer"). The 3-month period may be extended to 6 months where the creator completes the shoutout condition in Section 6.

The Offer is a limited, temporary promotional waiver only; it is not a permanent fee structure, and standard fees resume at the end of the promotional period.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible, a creator must:

• Be a new creator who applies for and is approved for a Fanovie creator account;
• Have a minimum of 300,000 followers on their own primary, verified Instagram account at the time of application;
• Complete Fanovie's identity, KYC and AML verification and be approved as a creator;
• Comply with the Fanovie Creator Agreement and all platform policies.

3 What the 0% Platform Fee Covers

During the promotional period, Fanovie waives its platform commission on the creator's sales only, that is, the commission Fanovie would otherwise deduct from the creator's earnings on subscriptions, pay-per-view content, tips and paid messaging made through the platform.

4 What the Offer Does NOT Cover

The Offer applies to sales commission only. It does not waive, reduce or apply to:

• AI features — any AI tools, AI subscription tiers, or usage-based AI charges, which are billed separately and in full;
• Payment-processor and transaction fees charged by third-party providers;
• Chargebacks, refunds, or amounts reversed or withheld;
• Taxes (including VAT) and any third-party or external costs;
• Any other fee not expressly identified as platform sales commission.

5 Promotional Period

The promotional period begins on the date the creator's account is approved and activated under the Offer and runs for 3 consecutive months (or 6 months where Section 6 is satisfied). At the end of the promotional period, the standard platform commission set out in the Creator Agreement applies automatically, with no further notice required.

6 Extending to 6 Months (Shoutout Condition)

The promotional period extends from 3 to 6 months if, within the first 3 months, the creator posts a launch shoutout for Fanovie that:

• Is posted on the creator's own primary public social account;
• Follows the format and content Fanovie approves in advance;
• Remains publicly live for a minimum of 30 days;
• Is approved by Fanovie before the extension takes effect.

Whether a shoutout meets these conditions is determined by Fanovie at its discretion. Removing the shoutout before the minimum period may forfeit the extension.

7 Verification & Anti-Fraud

Fanovie may verify a creator's follower count and account ownership by any reasonable means. The Instagram account and its followers must be genuine and the creator's own. Purchased, fake, incentivised or artificially inflated followers, or any misrepresentation, disqualify the creator and may result in withdrawal of the Offer and other action under the Creator Agreement.

8 Fanovie's Discretion

Fanovie may, at its sole and absolute discretion and without giving reasons: accept or reject any applicant; determine whether eligibility criteria are met; verify follower counts; approve or reject a shoutout; and modify, suspend, withdraw or end the Offer (in whole or in part) at any time.

Where the Offer is ended, creators already approved under it keep the promotional period already granted to them, unless the Offer is withdrawn for breach, fraud or policy violation.

9 Compliance & Conduct

Participation is conditional on the creator complying with the Creator Agreement, the Complaint/Compliance & Reporting Policy and all platform rules. The Offer is void, and the standard commission applies, if the creator breaches those terms, is suspended or terminated, or engages in fraud or misrepresentation.

10 General

• The Offer is personal to the creator, non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be combined with any other offer unless Fanovie agrees in writing;
• Nothing in the Offer guarantees any level of earnings, sales, reach or results;
• If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect;
• Fanovie's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

11 Changes to These Terms

Fanovie may update these terms to reflect legal, card-scheme, or operational changes. The version published at fanovie.com governs the Offer at any given time.

12 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. These terms supplement, and should be read with, the Creator Agreement; where they conflict on the subject of the promotional fee waiver, these terms prevail, and the Creator Agreement governs all other matters.
