These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FANOVIE LIMITED, Company No. 16939748, registered office at 51 Heather Road, Binley Woods, Coventry, England, CV3 2DE ("Fanovie", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
In these Terms, references to "Platform" mean the Fanovie website, related applications, services, messaging systems, subscription systems, payment integrations, and associated technology infrastructure. "User" refers to any person accessing the Platform. "Fan" refers to a User who purchases, subscribes to, or interacts with Creator content. "Creator" refers to a User who uploads, distributes, or monetises content. "Content" includes all text, images, videos, audio, direct messages, metadata, and associated materials. Words such as "including" mean "including without limitation." References to law include amendments and replacements.

These Terms govern your entire relationship with Fanovie, including account creation, content access, monetisation, moderation, dispute handling, and enforcement. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
By using the Platform, you confirm that electronic acceptance constitutes legally enforceable consent equivalent to a handwritten signature.
These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy, Compliance & Reporting Policy, Creator Agreement, and other published policies.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
You consent to receive communications electronically via email or account notifications.
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
Failure to enforce does not constitute waiver.
You may not assign rights without written consent. Fanovie may assign rights in connection with restructuring or acquisition.
The Platform is strictly limited to individuals aged 18+. Any minor access results in immediate termination.
All Users must complete age verification before accessing content. Verification may include document checks, biometric checks, liveness detection, or third-party verification providers. Access is blocked until verification is successfully completed.
Access may be restricted based on jurisdiction. We may block IP addresses or use geolocation controls.
Users in jurisdictions where adult content is illegal may not access the Platform.
Users must provide accurate and complete information.
We may conduct identity checks, AML screening, sanctions screening, and risk assessments.
Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, AML risk, chargeback abuse, trafficking risk, or regulatory exposure.
We may refuse service at our discretion.
Fanovie operates solely as a hosting technology platform.
All Content is generated by Users. We do not endorse or guarantee legality.
All uploaded content is subject to review before publication to ensure compliance with applicable laws, card scheme standards, and Platform policies. Content will not be published until approved.
Monitoring may occur via manual review, automated tools, or reactive enforcement.
Creators warrant that all persons depicted are consenting adults.
All payments are processed through authorised third-party processors.
Fanovie does not operate as a bank or e-money institution.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal.
One-time payments for content are final once confirmed.
Tips are voluntary and non-refundable.
Prices may exclude VAT or other taxes.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
Refunds are handled per payment processor rules.
Cancellation prevents future billing.
Access may be revoked for policy breaches.
Prohibited activities include scraping, harassment, and fraud.
Creators must be 18+ and legally capable.
Creators must complete identity verification before activation.
Creators are subject to sanctions and AML screening.
Creator accounts are activated only when KYC and AML statuses are verified.
We may require re-verification at any time.
Creators retain ownership but grant Fanovie a worldwide license to host and display content.
Creators warrant legality, consent, and compliance.
Creators must obtain and retain written consent from all depicted individuals.
Creators must retain consent and age documentation.
All content must comply with Platform and card scheme standards.
Prohibited content includes minors, coercion, exploitation, illegal activity.
Depicted individuals may withdraw consent; content may be removed.
Fanovie may display previews and thumbnails.
Creator Earnings reflect net amounts after fees and deductions.
Payouts are conditional upon compliance and risk review.
We may impose holds or reserves for chargebacks, fraud, AML risk.
Creator Earnings related to chargebacks will be deducted. Administrative costs may also be deducted. Future earnings may be offset.
Creators are responsible for tax reporting.
Accounts may be terminated for breach, AML risk, or regulatory exposure.
Content may be removed upon termination.
Users indemnify Fanovie for breaches.
Creators indemnify Fanovie for illegal content, lack of consent, chargebacks, and regulatory exposure.
Users waive participation in class or collective actions.
Liability capped at the greater of fees paid in prior six months or £5,000.
England and Wales.
Courts of England and Wales.
Pre-suit mediation may be required.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement.
