Click the 'Sign Up' button on the homepage. You can register using your email address or sign up with Google. After registration, you'll need to verify your email address before accessing the platform.
To become a Creator, you must first complete identity verification (KYC) and AML screening. Navigate to your account settings and select 'Become a Creator'. You'll be guided through the verification process using our secure third-party provider. Once verified and approved, you can start creating and monetizing content.
All users must be at least 18 years old to access the platform. Creators and anyone depicted in content must be 18 years or older. Age verification is mandatory for Creator accounts and may be required for Fans in certain jurisdictions.
Fans can subscribe to Creators on a monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, CCBill. All payment information is handled securely and Fanovie does not store your full card details.
Creators receive payouts based on their earnings from subscriptions, tips, and paid content. Payouts are subject to platform fees, applicable taxes, and compliance requirements. Minimum payout thresholds apply. All payments must pass AML screening and compliance checks.
Prohibited content includes: content involving minors or simulated minors, non-consensual acts, exploitation, extreme violence, bestiality, illegal drug sales, and content that violates our Terms of Service. All content must comply with platform policies, acquiring bank rules, and card scheme standards.
Click the report button on any post or profile, or email compliance@fanovie.com with the content URL and description of the concern. All reports are reviewed within 5 business days. Emergency cases are prioritized.
To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that some data may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, and regulatory purposes even after account deletion.
Click 'Forgot Password' on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
Navigate to Settings > Profile to update your display name, bio, profile picture, and cover image. Some information like your username may have restrictions on how often it can be changed.
A chargeback occurs when a Fan disputes a charge with their bank. For Creators, chargeback amounts are deducted from earnings. Excessive chargebacks may result in account suspension. Fans who abuse chargebacks may be permanently banned.
Go to Settings > Account > Security to enable two-factor authentication (2FA). We recommend enabling 2FA to add an extra layer of security to your account.
Each person is allowed one account on the platform. Multiple accounts may be flagged during verification and may result in account suspension.
All Creator content goes through pre-publication review before being made public. Our moderation team reviews content for compliance with platform policies, legal requirements, and card scheme standards. Direct messages may also be subject to compliance review.
Fanovie is available in select countries. During registration, you'll choose your country of residence. Some features and payment methods may vary by region. Access may be restricted in certain jurisdictions where adult content is prohibited.
Go to Settings > Subscriptions, find the Creator you're subscribed to, and click 'Cancel Subscription'. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, but you won't be charged again.
Report it immediately to compliance@fanovie.com. We have zero tolerance for content involving minors and it will be removed immediately and reported to authorities.
Identity verification is conducted through our secure third-party provider, Ondato. You'll need to provide a government-issued ID and complete a liveness check. The process typically takes a few minutes to complete.
If your account is suspended, you'll receive a notification explaining the reason. You may appeal the decision by contacting compliance@fanovie.com within 30 days. During suspension, account access and payouts may be restricted.
